[Material]The raw material is shankar, which is grown in Gujarat, India. It is said to be the king of organic cotton, and has a fiber length of 27 to 28 mm, contains a lot of oil, and is shiny. By spinning using the compact method, this strong yarn is finished with a beautiful and smooth texture. This Shanker Organic is an environmentally friendly material that has obtained GOTS certification, allowing consistent traceability from the field to the fabric. It uses threads twisted using the method with the least amount of fuzz, and is characterized by a silky luster and a smooth touch with a high oil content. Since it is densely knitted, it has a sturdy texture. By knitting with parallel threads instead of twin threads, the stitches appear three-dimensional even though it is a cotton sheeting structure, giving it a luxurious feel that is different from regular sheeting cloth.[Details/Silhouette]
